BULGARIA Meeting

6th OCTOBER - Arrival to Bucarest - Romania by plane and transfer to Sliven - Bulgaria with French and Czech teams. After 7 hours trip by bus we arrive to Sliven.

Accomodation all together in a hotel in SLIVEN. Sliven is the district center and Yablanovo is the most remoted place in the district.

7th OCTOBER – trip to YABLANOVO

7.30 – 8.30 Breakfast at the hotel

8.30 Bus took us from the hotel.

9.30 – 11.00 Short visit to Kotel. Kotel is the municipal centre

We visited : The carpet museum

Natural science museum

Ethnographic complex

11.30 Welcoming at school in Yablanovo

Meeting teachers and students, walk around the school and school yeard and classrooms, entering classes etc.

12.30 Lunch at the school canteen

13.30 Planting trees. We planted a tree in the school yard. It will be your contribution for the school garden.

We did some sport games in the school gym. Teachers meeting to prepare the Spain visit.

We went for a short walking trip around the area. It is a very beautiful mountaineous district. We took some photos. The two 7th classes that work on the project were with us.

17.30 Back to school. Welcoming party. Dinner and disco. We plan to invite our ex- students to play some traditional live music. We can dance traditional dances together. Bulgarian teachers and students will join.

20.30 Leaving for Sliven.

8th OCTOBER - SLIVEN

8.00 – 9.00 breakfast at the hotel

9.15 Leaving the hotel to the city centre.

9.45 Visit at the Regional Inspectorate of Education – Sliven. It is the institution responsible for all schools and kindergartens /totally 150/ in the district of Sliven.

The head of inspectorate met us. We explained our presentations and share the candy boxes.

9th OCTOBER – visit to BURGAS

8.00 - 9.00 breakfast at the hotel

9.00 Leaving to Burgas. A bus with a group of Bulgarian students took us from hotel.

10.30 We arrived in Burgas
